Also if you take his role (which would logically come in a group of three) and stroop's role (which would also logically come in a group of three) and the three "cult killers" that is all nine power roles right there. Secondly if he was a cult cop, then he would have known to say I'm a town cop, not I'm a cult cop. When he said cult cop I think he meant a cop that investigates cults if you get what I mean.
