Which brings me back to the point of the post. We are looking for team teaching teams, triple TTT's. We would like to add to our program groups of teachers to teach actual teams. We would like to form teams of student to be taught as teams. Ideally this would be done by a small group of teachers that think/have played together as a team unit. The teachers can tag team class posts and give first hand team thinking.
All applicants well go through our new candidate screening. I will be in contact with all applicants both threw this thread and by way of PM. We hope to see many of you veteran team players sigh up!

I would like to know more about this. What, specifically, do you expect from teachers? Do you have specific "rules" in mind (such as the ones for escalating, terminator games)? I'm sure I will have more questions later.

I am a team game teacher. Basically is here is how it works... Players join triples, quads, and doubles. They wish to learn, so they post what they think they should do. Then we correct them and try to help them learn.

It is pretty simple.

We expect them to be teachers. Helpful and knowledgeable in what they teach. Also we keep a school room standard of conduct, I.E. wac and myself moderate the school very heavily. A teacher should set an example not just ask others to follow one.

As for settings in team games it is a bit more open to the teachers. There is a set of rules and a format to follow. I would like to expand on it in some ways. But if a teacher wants to play certain settings and the student is OK with it then that is fine. We mostly start students out in doubles games to learn but I would like to see more trips and quad games and the teachers to specialize in them.
