Here, here! I second that.

Thanks reptile and squishyg for your nice words. Yes, it's very time consuming, but also very enjoyable to create and update all those standings. However, a big part of the work is done automatically by Excel ;)

I hope you enjoy playing the tournament as much as I enjoy running it.

By the way, if you have any suggestions about which statistics you want to see, feel free to say and I will do my best to implement them ;)

Group 32 - Round 2 completed.

JMRL - 6th, dtellis - 5th, SirSebstar - 4th, auggiemaster 3rd, btown80 - 2nd, Player 57832 - 1st. Growler and Stellaman get 0 pts each for abandoning the tourney....

I think Growler wants in for the next round though. Round 3 is already started, can you make round 4?

Thanks

Congratulations on your 6 points btown80 ;-) and thanks for informing about the game. Game 4 has been created.

About updating scores, don't worry. This weekend I have some free time and will update the score table then.

Groups 25 to 32 updated. And also group 19, as I was informed about a game ending in this group. And by the way, this group is very interesting as 6 players are tied in the 3rd place!

During the next week there will be no proactive updates (as I said I am working in Research & Conquer) but if you inform me about finished games I will update statistics.

He's saying he's wasting time and points as some loser decides to suicide on him.
Some people here want to play a decent game.

I can beat some 600 points guys, and some can beat me. However, with 6 other people in the game, as he suicides into me in every one of them, I simply cant beat those guys too. :D

If you want, lets join, 6 8 player games together, Ill suicide into you in all of them. Show me how many you can win, and let me know if it was fun, or worth your time let alone points. At 1000 points that you have, I wouldnt care at all, but at over 3k, Ill be losing quite a few to boot.

Believe me, I dont back out lightly. I joined assuming Id be losing quite a few points, which is why as you look through you wont see many in the tourney with this many points. However, if some punk is just going to assasinate me, there is just no reason to stay in it. I admit, I enjoy playing against experienced players who dont usually make these mistakes, and the games are more fun. Id have had a great time if I didnt have my own little assassin in there.

Just pm me anytime you think you can win with me joining and attacking you with everything in an 8 player game. Perhaps Ill learn something.

Until then, I sent you 5 games just to show Im not afraid to play against low ranks. And on these, you can suicide into me all you want. I actually recommend it.

I completely understand his reasoning. I was lucky to be placed in a group that has all decent players (Group 32) all very competetive and competent.

Guys, thanks for reporting me all the finished games. Unfortunatelly I have had a busy weekend (real life calls) and could not answer any of your messages. I will be answering them starting tomorrow Monday.

Also, I will create the games that you have requested, and any other new game that you request me during the week. Back on the 8th of June I will return to a more active approach and update scores.

Oh don't get me wrong. You are free to make your own choices, retiring from the tournament when you want for wathever reason you want (including "I am bored, this tournament s*cks") but I am free to have my own idea about why you retire. I may be right and I may be wrong. On your turn, you are free to have your own idea about me as organizer. And we both are free to have our own ideas about each other as players.

I don't mind joining 5 8 player games with you and you suiciding on me. I will probably lose anyway because according to my statistics I only win 10% of games I take part on. But if that makes you happy... why not? After all, I don't get angry because that's just a game.

But I am not joining the games you sent me because they are 2 player games. If your point is to make something comparable to this tournament, they must be 8 player games.

PS: Sorry for the long delay in answering, but as I said I had a busy weekend.
