I'm confused what helps us more, no lynch or random lynch?

Given that we do not know the number of mafia, would a random vote be better than not voting due to the possibility of hitting a mafia. And, if we hit a townie are there enough of us to make up for the extra loss? It seems that a random lynch ( I say random due to the lack of information) would be in the town's best interest since we can possibly hit a mafia, and if we hit a townie there are plenty of us left, yes?

Throwing yourself to the town for a lynch is a mafia tatic. Also, it seems weird to me that you would use the word "should" inistead of "when" in that bold sentence I have up there.

You are pushing for a vote, and you are the first to push for the Cop to reveal his role.

fos onbekenda for this post:

You push for a no vote, saying there's no discussion, then follow it with throwing out 2 random names to go after, with no reason behind it?

Wow, I missed that one. I would have to agree on the post by nyvek. Strange indeed.

Finger Of Suspicion

From what I have gathered it is a way of pointing out who is suspect but is not a vote for anything. I am still not sure the need for it, when typing why you suspect them suffices.

We need a vote count, but with so many pages, it's gonna take autoload forever.

wow, where were all you no lynch proponents in my other games?? lol I've always suggested it and always been shot down, so I'd given up on suggesting it! I need to catch up anyway on why Ny looks suspicious to you guys all of the sudden. He sounded like mafia yesterday, but I just chalked that up to noobness. Will catch up now...

OK I see auto browsing, so I expect a vote count soon. I see why Ny looks suspicious, and would like to hear his response before voting, but I am leaning that way. There was a post of his yesterday that sounded very mafia-like, I'll dig that up later.

I am totally lost too many pages. once we get a count i'll know better. I can't wait to see the first mafia scum hang. :x

i think lynching is a real good idea. but, if we pick wrong i'm going to feel a little bad. just a little.

we are all in the belly of the beast are we not?

ok.

well that "should/when" thing is scary, but i was willing to chalk it up to noobness? look at how "helpful" and eager he has been, posting summaries, etc.

but that was also a quick bandwagon it seems. lot of people switched from no lynch to lynch fairly quickly. i shall have to look at that.

if nyvek is going to hang today, then in the end i'm ok with it. but let's give him a shot to explain. this is his first mafia game.

from what i was looking @ it seems that NYVEK is in the lead with 3 votes.

the FOS doesn't count right?

so, if there are already 3 voting for his demise there has got to be a good reason. Right? :?
