A few thoughts. That world 2.1 game you just joined is a quads game against what appears to be an experienced team. Unless you invite people you know, you will get random partners. It's unlikely that you will win this game, so I suggest you drop it, or find a team to join you.

Stop playing 1v1's. You don't learn much from these and they are somewhat random.

Start playing 5 or 6 player standard sequential escalating games. Here you will learn the core strategy of this game. Also, try joining doubles games with people of higher rank so they can teach you.
