1) Someone hosted a game and invited a friend
2) The friend joined the game
3) The host dropped the game
4) Then the person who joined reserved the spot back again for the host, presumably
5) Then the person who was invited has dropped the game, hence nobody is in the game now, but there is still a reserved spot.

Easy as 1, 2, 3... 4, 5.
