Unfortunately your analysis is actually quite accurate.
Though to be perfectly honest, it is mostly the Londoners who tend to be of the 'liberal-fascism' (as you put it) mindset, and they tend to be more vocal.
For a long time now, the 'London project' has been systematically spreading throughout the capital and beyond it's borders into the home counties, bastardising and corrupting education establishments and creating a whole new politically-motivated syllabus to appeal to the social-engineering, bloated council authorities. It's a place where learning about 'domestic violence', teenage pregnancy' and 'YOOF KULCHAR' has taken precedence over basic numeracy and maths.
The entire city spawns hopeless degenerates.

Yer, hes either insanely a devils advocate, or just plainly insane. Btw, ironically a lot of the social and moral parts came from the French philosophers of the time with the legal parts coming from England. The French part really riles up the uneducated "patriotic" Americans, especially post-Iraq War.
