why do fremiums get to play speed games?

at a certain moment they got 2 speed games for free.

but that can't be it, cause he is able to join a third. So could it be 2 per year ?

Both of those are old accounts, so they've probably been credited for voting in various competitions if they did vote, and were able to get Speed Games that way, or compensated for Database malfunctions.
