I am just wonder if there are folks amongst us with real ranks.

Is there a clan for military members?

I was in the navy for 4 years. Was petty officer 3rd class when I got out, roughly the equivalent of a corporal in the army. (I don't think they call them corporal any more, I think its specialist now).

My real name is General Whiptheserfs Hardly and my battalion are sometimes known as the BlackArses.

Not a well known group outside of military circles, but for those in the know...well, let's just say that many a prime minister has cried "Where are my black arses?" in times of national emergency.

I retired in 2007 from the Air Force after 23 years at the rank of Master Sergeant.

As far as I'm aware, there is no clan for military members, though I certainly could be mistaken about that since I don't pay very much attention at all to clan stuff.

Well our great Clan Leader Natewolfman is in Military,now he have some duty,and leave(or short)hes presence in CC. I hope that he come back to play some games in Clan League 1 division. :roll:

No, but I was offered a job with the Department of National Defense, once. I turned it down because I already had a better job. I wish I could still say that.

i'm an ex military brat as is jbrettlip... we met on a missile range riding bmx bikes over 20 years ago at the youth center... pulled 21 years with my dad! you know how that goes, you get in trouble, your dad gets in trouble... consequently, i do not believe in mowing my lawn anymore, i have mowed enough lawns under threat of military action for one lifetime...-0

I'm ex-Navy. Was in for 12 yrs, was E-6 when I got out. Worked on combat computer systems on destroyers. My avatar is from the ships crest on one of the ships I was on.

served 21 years as a Navy Brat, then served 4 of my own, suffice it to say my rank here is higher than when i got out... :lol:
