True, but you come at it as a player who has confidence it will turn around.
I suspect these threads stem from players who have achieved their goal (say make and hold major) but lack the inherent confidence to be sure they are able to get back to that level in the future. So once their points drop severely they are genuinely fearful that they can't get it back, their emotions are aroused, and this other strong emotion of rage is a result.
The obligitory conspiricy theory helps to ease the pain, by suggesting an alternative reality in which the complainer is entirely blameless for their misfortune.
The writer is effectively borderline insane at this point. He could do anything: make a multi, point drop, spam the forums...he's on his way down and he doesn't mind taking a few more down with him.

the dice here can be compared to everything you do in life. You have your low times and your high times. You cant ride the top the entire time.

You're absolutely right. Have you never met someone in real life who "was never at fault for anything"? I certainly have.

I'm just sick of getting screwed by the bad dice all the time. Sure I'd expect to run bad with the dice from time to time, but not for 6 months straight.
I'll finish my current games and that is it. I'll consider paying again in the future if they ever decide to get off their asses and write some code to show the results of dice rolls in the logs. I've asked for that before and its fallen on deaf ears. What is so hard about that? Its inexcusable that they don't show the results of die rolls. Send me the source code, I'll add it for you.
