Help with a game

Can some one give me some advice on what i can do to win this game.

and yes.
Can you read a legend? As in where the bonussess come from? In that map, you best go after the city bonussess.
You hold one city already and you have the possibility to getting a further +2 bonus from capturing and holding 5 standards nd possibly you hold 12 + lands.
A max of 7 armies you might get next turn. please understand that each city gives +1 so captuing 2 city's as green has ,is already +2. it is easyer to capture a city then hold 5 banners/standards.Also it is usually better to attack your opponant then a neutral player.
