Failed advertising ?

There's not much to this really. Just click 'Rules' and scroll all the way down the page. At the very bottom I see some strange links.
Can anybody else see them ? If so, what are they doing there ?
It looks like a CC conspiracy to me.

Looks like Lack actually has got advertising going on, but hides it.

they are likely paid text link ads. Lack will get anywhere from $2-$50 per month per link.
