Can you post a picture that isn't on the internet or do you need an URL to upload a picture here? I want to post a picture of myself (there are way to few pictures of redheads here

Ultimate frisbee action shots. I'm the explosion of hair.

Me getting screwed up on what we in the biz call a "hospital throw." At least this time, I only ended up flat on my ass, instead of in a hospital bed with a concussion (having a concussion is a not-fun way to spend spring break, by the way. Although, getting drunk with a head injury is intriguing)
