Busted! - what happens?

I nearly joined a game, (same settings as me - Arms Race) and then remembered the name. Steve 3ah from a c&a thread. The player had been accused (by Demonfork), and then busted, with some funny banter in between.

Nothing seems to have happened. Did he get kicked from games and then buy back in?

Does this mean if I were to join a game against Steve I would actually be playing billy07 - a colonel that hasn't played CC for a couple of years, and not a Lieutenant at all?

How does this process work?

Yes. He was confirmed as a multi, but he threw up 25 more bucks to make the punishment go away.

He should get a medal from Jefjef pretty soon, though, so that's cool.

Did he actually buy back in? Or just buy premium, having been caught? Why don't other people know they are playing an experienced player?
What was the punishment? Which games was he kicked from?

Looking through all of his games, it looks like he bought premium right away so he could play speed games. So he was already premium.

He may not have ever been kicked, though; I didn't see any games where he was booted, but then it looks like all he plays is RT or speed 1v1s, so he may not have had any going. Only a member of Team CC can tell whether he was ever actually punished at all; maybe he didn't even have to pay the extra money. Good luck getting them to divulge any of this top-secret information.

Why don't people know he's experienced...Team CC has decided not to worry about the players that don't cheat. It's the ones that cheat that deserve special attention.

Yeah what happened? Can we get a multi hunter or admin to explain? He was busted, and is still playing with the new account. That's not how it's supposed to happen.
