Well, this is odd...

In this europa game, I have three bonuses that add up to +8, and I also have +7 from 21 territories.
Yet somehow my deployment is 11?

I've never played that map before but maybe it's because you're missing Kaliningrad?

Either that or a bug.

Could be a couple of things:

a) Tom Petty smokes pot... that could throw ANY game, or

b) 7 troops for 21 terts and a bonus of 2 and another bonus of 2 is...

well, you do the math. :)

Yeah, didn't notice you needed kalingrad for the transcontinental bonus.
And here I was, getting ready to file a bug report :lol:
