Thirdly he has had much more then those 3 accounts... so THIS WAS NOT a vendetta against him as a "person" he was already banned from the site. CC does give you a second chance (Fred). AFAIK, if he had rebought on there, he would've been allowed to stay.

If I'm correct. Jeff Hardy/FredVIII were perma banned, I still don't see the hurt in letting someone pay for a premium strip them, then let them buy again.
This is a business (conquerclub that is) and there should be no reason that someone can't buy back 2 times, on any account. Why? well it's $50 an account then. That's some pretty dang high numbers. Do that with every multi that wants to buy back. Lack would be doubling his income, if not tripling.
Just saying, if I were the owner I'd want the money. And no one here can say they wouldn't take the money.

if they had an account, and had it stripped, they had already paid 25, if they create another and buy premium for that, it would be 50 total. And to some in here, $25 means very, very little.

Maybe there should be some implemented that if you do multi, and want to come back you can if you buy premium. Then your account just gets tracked solely? Sounds like a fair idea to me... But if you do not make note that you're a returning "Cheat" You get stripped automatically, no questions asked...Well something like that anyways

<fact>That already exists. If you get kicked for being a multi, you have one (sometimes more) chances to buy back prem on your original account. However, if you have been perma-banned (in the case of FredVIII and deliaselene) than you cannot buy back and you cannot create a new account.</fact>

<speculation>As far as I know, only an admin can perma-ban someone, so they have had their cases heard by an admin and there is no recourse for them. deliaselene may have reinvented herself as Captain_Scarlet but it doesn't change the fact that the admins decided she was not welcome here. Some people get second chances, some don't. That's how it is in life in addition to CC</speculation>
