To make this work though there is a lot of complete fabrication on my part. I had to find a way to name the smaller sections of the shinobi nations and where their borders lie. I tried to make the stuff I added as close to the anime/manga as I could but there is only so much that is shown.
All of the names and territories I added so far are based off of the manga or anime in some way (diving deep in the filler episodes) and I tried to place them in locations that make sense in the naruto world. please look them over and if you see something completely wrong (like a city or nation is in the wrong place) please point it out to me and I'll see if I can change it.

The problem I have been having is that the creator and copyright owner of Naruto is Masashi Kishimoto, a manga artist in Japan. I do not speak Japanese and have been unable to find any way of getting in contact with him or anyone representing him. I have attempted to talk with the people who are in charge of brining the anime/manga to the United States but have not yet received a reply.
I have not lifted any art from any of the copyrighted Naruto work. This map was drawn by myself using the Naruto universe as theme.
As for you not being interested in it there isn’t much I can say. I put up the poll to ask people what they think about this map and the reception hasn’t been that bad (50% wanting to play and only 14% saying no) if there is anything specific you don’t like tell me and I’ll see what I can do.

There really is not point continuing if at some point along the line it'll run into copyright issues. You need to be sure now, not later.
