I want so badly to start a thread entitled "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", and link to a YouTube of AC/DC playing that awesome and classic song.

But now I am afraid that it will be misinterpreted as a "D" thread.

What a shame we can't all rock out of AC/DC now.

It was an excellent, forum wide effort. Grade A stuff, had the entire front page covered. Good show on all counts.

Ahhh, excellente. Glad to see that we did something special there.

I had to head off about halfway through though, could anybody tell me how many 'C-Threads' we launched and in how many forums we did it? How long did the spree last for and how was it eventually cleaned up? Did anybody catch a ban?

Also, I think the best thing about it was that it was completely spontaneous and we all just knew what to do.

Well, we had nearly the entire front page of chatter box covered, only about 5 threads that were still active stayed on it. It didn't really spread to other forums though, since Clapper shut things down before we took it any further. Nobody was banned amazingly, although she said that if any more were created someone might take a "vacation". This ended the possibility of today being, as jonesy put it, D-Day.

I can't find what I assume is a locked and merged thread of the C threads. Halp?

Some help: this thread was originally on page 119 before bumped.

I have to admit that I'm one of those noobs. This was before my time here.

Either that, or my -addled brain can't remember.

I don't recall this. Apparently it happened within the span of an hour or so by a few people.
