Actually, Woody is in the perfect position because Woody actually never agreed to anything in the first place. Saxitoxin, on the other hand, can only claim (for what...the fourth time now?) that his account was hacked. He really should file a formal complaint about that...given his penchant for wanting to do so with far lesser crimes.
