How would i get an Rss Reader, and what is the best one? Also, how do I use in in conjuction with conquerclub.

If anybody can answer pleased post

the easist is sage google rss sage works good w/ firefox there are supposedly better ones but i'm not smart enuf to figure them out and this is really easy
