Abd I disagree with you. Maifa would take a no lynch everytime. Because a no lynch makes it 100% that they live another day. If I was mafia, I would go into every day hoping for a no lynch. Yea, it will take it longer to win the game for the mafia, but they would be guaranteed the win.

Well, let's say that there is just one mafia group with four members. It's perfectly reasonable as 4 is less than 1/3 of 15.
However, we won't know if there are any additional killers until night comes.

Well, it's always possible that the additional killer may only have one kill (vig) or perhaps only every other night (SK variation)
