I would have thought this to be some sort of joke for Pimpdave, but he seems pretty serious about it...has he really gone off the deep end?

I think it's pretty clear that there are racists in the Tea Party, as there are racists in most other groups. There's a discussion I found on Youtube between Al Sharpton and Bill O'Reilly who, though from completely different sides of the spectrum much like pimpdave and PhatScotty, agreed that the NAACP and The Tea Party had racist people in their groups, but that the groups were not racist organizations because of it.

We can continue to go back and forth posting Youtube videos of racism from the Tea Party and racism from Democrats if we want, but we can hardly call one group or the other racist.

Slavery played a major role in ancient Greek civilization. Slaves could be found everywhere. They worked not only as domestic servants, but as factory workers, shopkeepers, mineworkers, farm workers and as ship's crewmembers.

There may have been as many, if not more, slaves than free people in ancient Greece. It is difficult for historians to determine exactly how many slaves there were during these times, because many did not appear any different from the poorer Greek citizens.

So I take it you mean no one in your family owned black slaves in the United States. But the real issue is whether your relatives benefited from slavery -- they didn't have to own slaves to do that.

If calling it like it is, draws the attention of the mods, so be it. I mean anyone with half a brain can see this was a bait thread. I teach the inmates at work NOT to use "blanket statements". It has nothing at all to do with "any time he criticizes any political group, party or person", as it's the methodology. When does the "intentionally annoying" clause ever kick in? Pimpdave has blatantly shown that he has no respect for the moderation of this site, as he has picked up right exactly where he left off when he received his last vacation. Frankly, you guys are just enabling him.

Well, I've asked you a pretty specific question and it wasn't answered. How is Dave wrong?

As a member of the Tea Party, I once thought that I was concerned about entitlement spending and the high taxation against my fellow citizens imposed by the federal government. But that's all changed now that Dave has shown me the light. He's posting absolute proof that I am a racist. I didn't even know I was a racist or hated blacks until Dave came along with his irrefutable videos. The pimpster is just a victim in all these threads, courageously battling the forces of hate and intolerance. Why can you not see that?
