Flow, I'm not getting anything from this claim. Unless you make a better claim, someone's going to vote for you, and it might be me.

Ah well, it was an honest attempt.

I'm the town doctor.
I was trying to direct claims from others because I knew that if we accidentally outted a townie, I would be able to protect them during the night.
Now it's much more likely that the mafia will be able to make a kill during the night.

This is what I think so far:
1. safariguy (one of kernov's lovers)
2. JudahsLion (unknown but cleared by aage)
3. Aage (town investigator)
4. Flow520 (town doctor)
5. Gabriel13 (unknown)
6. kernov (cupid)
7. mass miracle (unknown)

If we trust aage, then there are 4 people left that can be scum.
1) Flow520
2) Gabriel13
3) kernov
4) mass miracle
If we believe kernov is a cupid, this leaves 3.
I am the town doctor. This leaves 2.
I personally believe either Gabriel13 or mass miracle (or both) are scum.
I think kernov is pretty safe because there is a high chance that one of the two lovers is mafia. Mafia will likely target other town members first. (Thus I think safariguy is also safe tonight)
Aage is safe tonight because of a claimed onetime BP.
This leaves JudahsLion's safety uncertain this night as well as Gabriel13's and mass miracle's should they be town.
I can only protect two people each night, and I'm not going to leave myself unprotected, so if we force a claim out of another townie, there is a good chance someone is going to end up dead during the night regardless.

I believe town would have been much better off if the above information was not given, but letting town senselessly lynch me would let scum find out that town lost it's night protects, so that would be worse.

It doesn't really matter because aage can hold out by himself at least 1 night with his bulletproof one shot. I already got targeted so I'm the weaker cop. Therefore, I need your protection to survive and make the investigation.

My point that it's messing over the next person we squeeze and turns up to be town. Mafia didnt know for sure that your BP was one time only. But you told them. Mafia also didnt know they would be able to kill aage simply by killing you. You put a huge target on yourself.
Now I have to use my protect on your and the next revealed townie is extremely likely to get nightkilled.

Yeah but with 7 left, what's more powerful than cop or doc? Not to mention a doc who can self protect. I fail to see another town role better for endgame. I needed to make sure you were going to protect me in case mafia decided to go after me and we lose both cop roles in 1 night.

Well now we seem to have an interesting development, Gabe and Flow are claiming to be the Doc. I have not trusted Flow from early on so I will not cast the lynch vote on Gabe just yet. But clearly one of the two of them is lying. Correct me if I am wrong, but if we do lynch Gabe (or Flow) and find out he was telling the truth...he should be able to protect himself. Then we would know the other one was lying and he would be the next lynch.

Well that changes things a bit. If you had counterclaimed when flow was claiming gabriel, that would have been much more credible. However, this leaves us with a conundrum. I've never heard of a doc who can protect two people, so that might be flow being scummy. On the other hand, we can assume that one of these two is a doc and one is probably scum. I think that the best course of action now is to go no lynch actually. My reasoning is that whoever is the doc can protect me, aage's one-shot bulletproof can protect him, and I can investigate gabriel and aage can investigate flow. Whoever shows up as guilty will be lynched tomorrow, and both cops will survive.

Yes, you could protect yourself. But as has been pointed out already, I'm the lover of aage thanks to cupid. He's safe because of his one-shot bulletproofness, but I'm not because someone already targeted me. Now if you protect yourself, then mafia will kill me and aage because of the lover mechanic. Then town is completely unable to figure out who might be scum, and with only 5 people left, will probably be at LYLO. It wouldn't resolve the dual doctor situation, and there's a good possibility of town losing. By protecting me, you guarantee that we find out who's the real doctor, and also make sure we find scum to lynch. Sure, you might be nked by mafia, but you would help guarantee a town win and win as well. Sometimes sacrifices have to be made to win, and I'm asking you to consider the interests of town.
