The new pokemon card set will suck, from a gamist perspective. However, I think the series was in serious need of a reset so it's all good:) I realize this is totally offtopic. I was looking at prices for pokemon cards I gave away years ago. One which I had like 4 of is now priced at 16 bucks. Youch.

Well I mainly collect the cards so as long as there are cards being made I shall be happeh!
