What do we say about pancakes? We grew up with them we ate them with our parents! We got sticky over them. They were fun to cook and still are! When we eat them they bring a sense of family to us. We always ate them. But one of my favorite things to eat where

potato pancakes?

I loved potato pancakes more than anything. Why well my Dad made them and they were always good!! I remember only good dinners with potato pancakes. I don’t know why they were always really good. I guess well I have a soft spot for them. It reminds me of the good times I had well I was growing up. Potato pancakes are a reminder of better times.
