1) Please, not another map with "a killer neutral to kill starting points you can't get at otherwise that give you auto-deploy". King of Diamonds and Antartica are still in beta with this concept. We seriously don't need another map with that concept in my honest opinions.
2) The puck idea to me looks wrong. There should be a single puck on the ice. Instead of pucks, why not make it more about territories? You have the face off circles, the face off dots (which there should be 9 of, not just 5), the high slot, the low slot, the crease, the left/right points, neutral zone, etc.
3) The player auto-deploy one way attack like I said is being over done right now. Why not use something like Transib where you have to have the zone the player is in to be able to attack the player, and they give you a +1 auto deploy?
4) Not a fan of the fight idea, but that's just a personal thing. I think it would be more fun to find a way to get a -2 bonus and a -5 bonus in the game to represent penalties.
5) I really like the blue line being a no cross line, and that you can get by it through the benches. Another way to be able to pass it would be a one way from the defenseman to an offensive player in the neutral zone (breakout pass), which is another reason I think you need to make the players be more involved in the overall gameplay.
Anyway, just my initial thoughts on the map. Take whatever you want from it.
I'll consider your comments some more, but in general, I think there are plenty of straight up territory games and the basic structure of this fits the game imo.
However, regarding #5, I have been trying to think of a way to open that up more. My first concepts for the map had a more complex system of passing, but it just seemed overly complicated, so I tried to simplify it as much as possible, given all the other attack restrictions.
That said, I'm open to keep playing around with gameplay until something clicks.
