He didn't vote, though, just FOS'd. Unless I missed a post amongst the spam.

He didnt vote, but the point is he jumped on the bandwagon for no other reason than to jump on the bandwagon.

In all seriousness, everywhere seems a little quick to jump down sheep's throat with the second vote. I don't think sheep looks all that scummy, just confused, so it seems like everywhere might be trying to start a bandwagon against the new player because he thinks he can get an easy lynch.

FOS everywhere

OK, I'll try to be reasonable (just for the novelty of it  ) and unvote.

typically sheep at any point during the game you want to have a reason for whatever it is your doing, even if it means acknowleding that there is a good case laid out by someone else...even though that occasionally is interpreted as scummy.

Right.

And another piece of advice - if you don't have a reason for what your doing (or you do have a reason, but you don't want to share it), lie and make one up. Doing something for no apparent reason is a good way to get lynched.

Hmmm.

It's not that I think your point is unjustified. It's than I don't believe that sheep is scum, he's just new and confused. Or, rather, because he's new and confused, I don't think his actions are valid scum tells.

And it seems early to drop a second vote on someone just for that.

the sad thing is...despite his best efforts sheep comes off more scummy everytime he posts...but it is his first game so its hard to know how much is actual scum tell vs actual confusion.

Hehe. Jumping on people for minor mistakes is the fun of day one... but so is jumping on people for jumping on people for minor mistakes, and jumping on people for jumping on people for jumping on... well, you get the idea.

At any rate, I just wanted to provided a voice of reason, and put the breaks on. The last thing I want is to see a speed lynch on day one.

Just form my point of view it's much more confusion and desperation to get out of a bad situation that's getting me deeper and deeper into trouble.

It was still the second vote when you made it.

Anyway, like I said - it's not that I disagree with your reason for voting, it's that despite your reason, I don't think you should vote. Or, at least, whether or not you vote, I want to provide a counter-voice to stop a potential bandwagon this soon.
