I dunno, I'd just put it in as a somewhat scummy comment. UNVOTE VOTE GREECE because I know some people feel awful when they lie (me to an extent) so when they say 'thei team' they are being vague for a reason

personally i think we are getting a bit of chickens running around with our heads cut off in this whole greecepwns witch hunt. It certainly is possible that he has some kind of power or scum role...but it was the first post of the entire game by a noob player. Every game on mafia scum and most games on here start with posts that have stupid stuff in the content. Relax. I suppose i run a small risk of being wrong and having greece orchestrate the most brillant scum opera ever but at the same time, ive got to think if he is scum he do something else along the line that will make it much more clear than now.

Im not saying your heart is in the wrong place, but frankly there are other more interesting lines in play as we speak to discuss.

Good one, but I am sticking with my vote for Aimless (who has gone awfully quiet since I threw my vote  (of course, he might be one of them 'sane' people who don't hang on the site all of the time  )).
If he proves to be a townie, Greece is a good fallback option.

mando you jokster...clearly im not going to come up with something silly if im chiding other people for whats going on. Frankly i think it would be much more insightful or interesting to discuss aimless or unriggable, perhaps even anarkist for the sure fact that he will put the investigation on someone else and probably open a new line of thinking than go after a first post statement.

jnd you can vote whenever you feel like you should...just remember it has to be in bold, and if you want to change your vote you have to unvote before you do so.

But, now you are trying to twist my words AND make me feel guilty. Well, I have a newsflash for you: NEVER TRY TO MAKE MANDALORIAN FEEL GUILTAY, BECAUSE WE HAVE NO CONCIENCE!!!!!

Seriously guys, if Aimless turns out to be scumm we have a strong sense against sheep and we are half-way to victory.

Hmmm. I don't know if this is actually going to help my case, as he ultimately turned out to be scum, but I defended hecter in the Assassin Mafia game - although it was a conditional defense, based upon the fact that I simply thought there were better targets to go after first (and hecter's guilt was dependent upon a cop of unknown sanity).

And I defended Fircoal pretty heavily the first couple of days of the werewolves thread.

But, you actually make a pretty good point - I generally don't defend people. So, hmmm... how to answer this charge?

The point of my defense wasn't really to try to clear sheep's name, it was just to try to slow down what looked like it might become a speed lynch. He's the only player yet to have had multiple votes (unless I've miscounted), and about half of us have FOS'd him already. On day one, in a thread only a few hours old, I didn't care much for the implications, so I intentionally challenged those who seemed to be leading the charge against him - you and everywhere.

Hmm... Anarkist really tried to manipulate people in the werewolf mafia game, where he was mafia. The tactics there and here seems a bit similar to me.

lol ah my apologies....

to respond to syngzy..about what i assume is a comparsion to me in that game.

I just think if we continue down that line we are very likely to move toward getting a lynch on greece...something that over the long run, unless greece turned out to be scum...but given the fact that hes new to mafia games, his defense probably wont be able to tell us either way whether or not he is scum. I think we are going through a long day 1 in terms of content and i think this is clearly a good thing. The more than we discuss everyone, the more defined the game becomes. Thats why we have to in my opinion at least continue to open up lines. And if we start placing votes on greece....especially considering there are 2 pretty inexperienced players here the more likely a quicker lynch and subsequently less developed game is reached.
