Okay, Okay, these votes have gotten my attention. I hadn't checked this game in about three days.

I'm still suspicious of Dazerazor...making a play to keep the new guy in sounds shady and he didn't come out and defend himself when the joke count was mounting up. I would at least like to hear from him.
As some one else noted, this is quite common notation in mafia games. In each game- you normally have at least two factions : town and mafia.
Mafia want to kill town, and town wants to kill mafia. But there can be other factions- such as SK (serial killer) or cults, or extra mafia factions. All of these are a threat to town. Any faction that wants town dead and/or to outnumber them, is a threat.
So basically , all that phrase is saying is that you want to make sure by the end of the game, more townies are left than any other anti-town faction.
