Yea.. couldn't attack a 1 with my 10 stack from Gansu to Sichuan.. kinda sucks lol, but its BETA so I wont cry too much about it, just fix it.

Are you sure you don't have a connection around it?

I've checked the current xml, Chamdo isn't listed into Qinghai borders so it's no possible to attack or fortify from Qinghai to Chamdo.
