I can't get on CC at work and it's the worst!
How am I supposed to pass the downtime at work when all I'm thinking about is CC?

Https is a great option. I didnt realise it was available..
no reason why if you use a proxy properly it would get caught?? even the free internet based sites often do the trick. if there not blocked?? worth a try if https doesnt work anyway
