It looked like that a year ago or so. But now with the coming release of flash 11 and flex 3 it will be changed again. And don't underestimate other ares (besides web) where flash can be used. It is very popular there. The only hard thing for flash to conquer will be mobile market. HTML5 has already take that niche. That is why Adobe switches to HTML5 as well. for mobile market. But they will fight over other areas till the end.
