Grape, though I used to drink the ice type when I was on a boat.. and the engineer got offended if he thought we were not drinking the water. I could drink the clear ice stuff and pretend it was just water.

Yes... just look at why it is called "GATORade" for your hint. I suspect most people in the south.. at least in Florida/Alabama and the like know the story.
