Vig kills a mont in the night and then we have 13 players with 7 voters who vote for Romeo. This kills Juliet and Romeo and possibly the general as well, leaving 10 players with 5 capulets. 5 capulets win, 2 neutrals win and we kill romance!

Also it doesn't matter at this point whether SG7 is a cap or not, the fact of the matter is you have no idea who the vig is where as I know a strategy that will win for sure. All the people on that list (i forgot new guy but I have one too many as I don't know who juliet is) will be on my side as they are either a Cap or a survivor who has a win path laid out in front of them.
