I think jrl332005 needs a prod, only one who hasn't given everywhere116 a confirmation, and hasn't posted since april 23 (in this thread) and april 25th (in another thread)

Ehm, no he isn't? He jus said he didn't want to bother with the nerdtalk. I don't think it's fair to call that inactivity. By that argument, you ought to be voting dazza. Sounds to me like you're trying to justify a bandwagon vote.

Unvote Vote Jak

What? how is it a bandwagon vote? Only jonty (and edoc's joke) is on him besides jak in an 18 player game! Overreaction + "you should be voting x instead of x" redirection post, very conspicuous unvote vote Pancake

1. That was the fourth vote. Mine was still on cowboyz. The fourth can be enough to get some momentum going on a lynch. I disagree that that could be considered an overreaction.
2. I didn't say he should be voting dazza, I said the logic applies just as well. You sure you're reading everything?

I don't know, it may just be me, but I count activity as reading the posts as well. But you know, that's oldschool stuff

As for Dazza, I am not protecting him, I am merely stating that the REASONS for going after him could be put on way more than just him, + the guys who even mentioned why they'd go after Dazza. Like seriously. If someone's going to make a FOS or Bandwagon on someone, they shouldn't be a hypocrite about it.

Am I the only one who actually caught the contradictory idea? I guess so, not going to FOS PCM, but I am going to be keeping an eye on him from now on. He's either missing this, skimming it, or defending Cowboyz. (Which is another hypocritical thing I love. He assumes I'm defending Dazza, yet I'm just stating things, while in his assumption he is making a ditch effort to defend Cowboyz).

- I didin't say or suggest you were protecting Dazza. I was pointing out that the same logic applies to that case (The fact that you assumed I thought that is interesting to me).
- I'm not defending cowboyz, I'm on you for bandwagoning. Strawman much?
- Skimming =/= inactivity. Why didn't you just go after him for skimming? Don't make me argue about definitions again (See: PKMN Chap 2)

Either way, I fail to see how there's a difference between dazza's and cowboyz's reactions. Neither of them gives a f*ck about Skyrim. What's the difference?

They're not after each other. Cowboyz even said there were better things to talk about than dazza. You keep saying they're inactive but it does not mean what you think it means.

I did not ignore it, there's just not much to say to it. I'd rather not be involved in a fight every D1 game I'm in so I picked out what mattered. However, you seem to be nudging more against me, so my question is. Where did I say they were at each other? Read back to where this first started. I mentioned Dazza in my posts because Cowboyz mentioned him in his, he did not state the other names so whom else should I talk about?

What you keep failing to realize, which to me is a pretty simple thing to get if you read it, is that Cowboyz called Dazza out on something that he was doing himself.

I'm not adding anything more to the above sentence because you'll lose the main message somewhere along the line.

Cowboyz called Dazza out

Cowboyz called Dazza out

If he called him out, they're against each other. I don't think you even know what you're arguing right now.

I mentioned Dazza in my posts because Cowboyz mentioned him in his, he did not state the other names so whom else should I talk about?

Funny, because you misinterpret that. It's obvious to anyone who were paying attention that I meant Cowboyz was going after Dazza earlier in the day. But I generalize it so Dazza does not make an excuse to go after Cowboyz. But your assumptions that I said they already were fighting each other is pretty poor.

If he called him out, they're against each other. I don't think you even know what you're arguing right now.

Wrong. Cowboyz called out Dazza, Dazza has not lashed out at Cowboyz in retaliation, therefore there is no "they". Even Cowboyz is not on Dazza no more (but my case is of him calling Dazza out originally for doing something he is doing himself). I believe you are so caught up in trying to make me look bad that you don't realize you're skimming over things and making yourself look bad ;)

I highly agree, nice skimming PCM. The list you posted was made after I called Cowboyz on the fact that he called out Dazza on something he was doing himself. It seems you're trying to protect Cowboyz soo much that you're making poor defenses. So what is it? Are you defending Cowboyz because you know something we do not? Or are you just trying to make me look bad because you want me out of the picture?

Please, bring up more points that I can knock back down due to faulty logic and skimming ;) I love every bit of it.

Interesting developments between pcm and jak. I'm not actually sure who's right just yet (beyond the he said she shad), so I'll avoid picking a side, tho I am leaning toward jak somewhat, maybe because he's made the last defense so the balls in pcm's court to rebut

Before I make my response post, I'm going to actually explain why jak's basic logic is flawed.

His argument is this (He says it ad nauseum):

he {cowboyz] mentions pressuring inactives while being generally inactive himself

If you'll recall, I made a post in which I outlined how cowboyz was not inactive, going by his posts and how he's posted something every day. Here it is for the record.

April 30: Confirms
May 1: Joke votes XenHu
May 2: Joke votes himself
May 3: The "Dazza shitty role" comment
May 4: Defends himself, then starts asking about inactives.

QED, right? Jak, however, continues the discussion by redefining the word "inactive".

I don't know, it may just be me, but I count activity as reading the posts as well. But you know, that's oldschool stuff

I just wanted to make a note of how stupid and pointless this discussion is. I think I've made my point fairly clear here, I just didn't want it to get lost in the shuffle. Continuing on.

(dunno who he's kidding with "oldschool stuff", but w/e)

Also, everywhere, I unvoted cowboyz. And I say just replace that guy.

Now you're just splitting hairs. You can't have a war with only one combatant unless you're Nazi Germany. If someone's calls someone out, the defendant will defend himself. It's basic mafia logic.

On top of that, you're arguing that cowboyz was doing something he wasn't doing. I've been over this. You still haven't responded. Do I have to channel Inigo again?

I highly agree, nice skimming PCM. The list you posted was made after I called Cowboyz on the fact that he called out Dazza on something he was doing himself. It seems you're trying to protect Cowboyz soo much that you're making poor defenses. So what is it? Are you defending Cowboyz because you know something we do not? Or are you just trying to make me look bad because you want me out of the picture?

Not relevant. You made your comment after it was posted. If you knew about it why didn't you bring it up? I think whatever you say the answer can only be one of two things:

1. You were aware that this lis existed, but you intentionally ignored it so you could bring it back around and try to nail me with your "logic"(ill-conceived notion)
2. You were NOT aware that this list existed, then tried to turn the tables on me by lying so you could try to nail me with your "logic" (slightly less ill-conceived)

Either way, I think you're more interested in making an argument than coming to a conclusion. Otherwise you would have conceded the point, which would be the end of someone who is exercising logic.

Straw Man

Please, bring up more points that I can knock back down due to faulty logic and skimming ;) I love every bit of it.

Believe me, you are the only one.

@ pancake, yeah I missed your vote, sorry. But yours an edoc's votes on cowboys were joke votes, they obviously don't stick when things get serious, why do count them towards a "bandwagon"?
by that logic you should be voting me for bandwagoning jak! ;)

Har har. :P

I know sometimes when I joke vote, that player gets pressured and I'll keep my vote there for the sake of productivity. If they get close to lynch, though, I'll usually be the one to pull back and allow for a claim. So I don't see a problem with counting those votes. If jak's logic had been better I may well have done something to that effect with cowboyz. Jak's the only one I consider a bandwagoner in this case though, as the bandwagon never got off the ground.

This straw man you keep bringing up PCM is something that could be said about you. I started my case, and then you twist it around in your own little thoughts. Seeing as I've already explained my reasoning again and again, your arguments lose their value to me.

On top of that, you're arguing that cowboyz was doing something he wasn't doing. I've been over this. You still haven't responded. Do I have to channel Inigo again?

What have you said? I've answered pretty much everything twice.

Plus anyone who reads your post will see what I mean about your twisting. How is the list before what I called Cowboyz out for when IN HIS LIST POST he quoted me calling him out? Do you not read anything but what helps you and your case?

So, before you continue this ranting, because it gets tiresome when you can't bring up anything new that's legit (or things I've explained before). Cowboyz has a chance to get rid of my vote on him, for it's only a simple mistake that I pointed out, then you try to make it into something it is not. He simply needs to explain his thought process on the believing Xenhu's post on Dazza and not bothering to check for himself.

Any further posts from PCM regarding this issue I WILL SKIM. This is not your battle, and it is not meant to be answered by you. You doing so seems to me as though you're defending Cowboyz for no reason what so ever. If you don't like the answers I gave you PCM, too bad, there are no more. It's a simple case for D1 that could be a small error on Cowboyz part.

But here's something for you to do while we wait for Cowboyz to defend himself and not someone else. How do you count my vote as a bandwagon vote? Your only case on me is bandwagon'ing on Cowboyz, which I clearly did not do for the following reasons:
1.) I am the only serious vote on Cowboyz, the others are joke votes on him.
2.) I have a case, no matter how small it is, to be voting for Cowboyz. Hence, I had my own reasons for a vote instead of following others.
Let us see you answer my question without making anything up PCM. Because if Cowboyz defends himself well, my FOS is on you, so my vote shall be as well. So please, back up your main point of "Jak is bandwaggoning on Cowboyz" efficiently. ;)

Also, another point. We might as well call out Ghost, you, and nagerous for being the latest votes on someone whom was already voted for, should we not?

Again, bring valid points to the table to defend yourself, and let Cowboyz bring his own defense.

Your refusal to post anything of value to anyone is telling.

See my responses to / for my case of you bandwagoning/attempting to start a bandwagon. Now my vote is staying for your bastard logic. (Case in point: You attack only my assertion that you are making a strawman argument, thereby making yet ANOTHER strawman.)

Spare me your skimming promise. I knew you'd be doing that anyway.

What have you said? I've answered pretty much everything twice.

Skimming=/=inactivity. You've ignored it twice and feigned ignorance once. Respond. Now.
