Also, there's a 0% chance that person is a brain surgeon. Brain surgeons would never use grammar that terrible.

I'm fairly sure grammar is not taught in medical school (or college).

Do you know how god awfully difficult it is to get into medical school?

Ok, so they don't teach grammar, but the amount of just pure writing you have to do before and during medical school is ridiculous. I'm positive that if this guy wrote this way in just his college essay, he wouldn't even get into his community college.
