I'm not an "older" member of this site, but I've been around for awhile.

I didn't post at all at first because I didn't even know what a forum was. It started with getting involved in tourneys, and then I made my way to OT because at the time it had a funny name ("The Forum That Shall Not Be Named"). Then I wandered to other forums, and then eventually checked out forum games and then finally the mafia subforum of OT. Funny thing, not long after I signed up for my first game, the Mafia forum got its own subforum. Recently I have not had much time to post in OT because of RL and mafia games.

But sometimes I get to missing natty, AoG, BBS, woodruff, j9b, etc. so I stop by in OT :P

I didn't post for around 300 games or so, and had absolutely no experience with public posting whatsoever.

I was quite anxious about it then.

I seem to have lost that particular anxiety.

I came here from a poker web site where people who didn't put real money on the tables, were chastised to death on the forums.
I never stuck any money on the tables and I took the piss out of the people paying the real money that kept the site going.

coming here and posting was like going back to school and nothing was going to phase me. I was used to thousands of raging American morons who stuck real cash into a rigged game giving me helmet.

I'm really old in CC terms and past half way in the real life time scale.
