I have been voicing suspicions against everywhere for a while, the fact I refused to vote for either vodeon or clever clearly shows that I am not here just to BW.

You can say they were thought out but they really don't look that way, when you just vote someone and don't even write a single line about what made them suspicious (or even highlight what someone else said) it looks like mindless BWing. I remember in Power Role Draft you came flying at me and made a great case (even if you were wrong) and it was a huge town tell. However in this game you have been posting nothing of substance what so ever, so I see what edoc meant about meta.

We played HE together Clever and when everyone else believed you were town doctor, a few others and I knew otherwise. You're not that good at fake claiming and that is why when you ARE town you're seen as guilty. I'll watch the Reloaded tonight and if it doesn't mention The Kid in it. Your goose is cooked Clever.

He's kinda at the start. ("You freed me Neo!" "You freed yourself.") He asks Neo and Trinity if they have luggage he can carry, they refuse. Link gives him two kinda heavy bags ("you can carry these! :D"). He's also in Revolutions, about halfway, Mifune asks him how old he is. I think he says he's 18 but really he's 16, saying "the machines won't care how old I am, they'll kill me regardless" (not literal)). And then there's the quote that was given at N2 results.

The problem with this role is that the movie never mentions his name (and obviously nobody calls him "the kid"). At first I was under the impression that he claimed the kid in the Oracle's appartment who bends spoons, but then it turned out every role so far had been someone from Zion (which that kiddo was not, since he was in the matrix). It seems plausible to me. Zee apparently has a role as well, and I would say she is about equally important.

Yeah, I kinda over-watched these things.

Aye, because if I had lived until D3 I would have seen what was going on. It wasn't until the kills came in for N2 that I understood who it was :/..

Also, The Kid doesn't seem an important role, so it is plausible.. But I'm not giving you the benefit of full doubt Clever <.<.

Unvote, for now.

Its my firm belief that if everyone spoke, non stop all the time nothing would ever be solved. Unlike others I do not need to post every time I am on the forums. I am also in other games.

I fine with my vote against Clever for the moment.

Going back to my big post on page 68 (a more helpful resource than I imagined), I note that Everywhere is particulalrly scummy. He's on the town lynchings, BWing, changing votes without adequate reasons so if he isn't scum I'd be very surprised.

Besides, there's little interest on the shield case (for now) so ... unvote vote Everywhere

More or less. I've posted a couple small things but nothing real substantial lately. I usually read up on my phone but I don't like to post too much from it because it can be a pain (I don't need auto correct screwing me over) especially if you are quoting somebody.

Honestly I have been waiting to see how the case on everywhere developed (and it has gotten pretty convincing) and since I haven't had anything to add that hasn't been said by sound man or DJ or whoever already I haven't really said anything at all.

crazymilkshake5 wrote:I still aint done with ya neb, You say your a VT? well that doesnt sound right, why? because Tank was anything but a VT!

Tank had a brother, Dozer, so that opens a mason role, also, he was a pure human, born in Zion, so he could not go into the matrix, and he also gave his crew mates that went into the matrix the skills they needed for the matrix,This is the scene just after Tank gives Neo Kung-Fu powers!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmEPXXJ4sKw&feature=related

So either he is lying to cover up his true role as a Mason/something, or he just made a bad fake-claim.

For that reason my vote stays.

This is from way back in day 1 so if i was somebody that was clueless about the matrix

everywhere116 wrote:Firstly, I apologize for being relatively inactive. Exams are a bitch. This is the first chance I've gotten to review my games in any depth.

In my opinion, jak is acting extremely overzealous. I'm not sure whether or not I believe Neb's claim (knowing next to nothing about Matrix lore), but I don't like how jak has been acting recently. Is he overcompensating for something? Trying to make sure that we know he is town?

Vote Jak

It's Commander Lock. Not Locke

Knowing nothing of Matrix lore, that is a good catch. Lesser mods might make a mistake like that, but I doubt saf would.

I think that seals the deal. If I could vote for him twice I would.

I would probably look characters up (there have been multiple links to the matrix wiki posted) to learn more about them

Jason Lock

Ok, but he still an inactive VT.

So why wouldn't everywhere bother looking up dozer?

I have no idea if Dozer is for sure in the game. (Meta-time!) I would guess that he is in the game...how would you have Tank and not Dozer? So he has to be here somewhere. It'll really get my goat, if Dozer got a power role...

Who is Dozer and what does he have to do with the game?

The ultimate mafia fallacy. You need a majority vote to get anything done, but if you're far enough down the line when you vote, you're "sheeping" or "bandwagoning." If you don't, you're holding up the game. This is why I tend to ignore those kinds of accusations against others unless it's extremely blatant.

There is a bit of a paradox in there and although I think the accusations are avoidable with better play I still don't see the double edged sword as a problem. Townies are genuine in what they post and in what they agree with, there is no such thing as a solid mafia tell but sometimes the "tells" we expose provide a window of opportunity to test whether someone is genuine or not. You see the fact people get accused either way as a problem, I see it as a solution ;) On a lighter note, the proper way for a townie to act IMHO is to bandwaggon when they agree with the cases presented but always to be wary and try to introduce a few ideas of their own at times.

Now on to soft claiming... why? Why did you soft claim? Why did you not defend any of the points made against you? Why did you not hard claim instead?
