I think there is a lot of time being wasted on this. In my personal list, I had Sati as a character that would be in this game before I had The Kid. I don't know if you three (pmchugh, vodean, hippo) are really trying to get an answer, or just trying to waste time and misdirect people. If you really want to go through this all again, then put your votes back on him. Either way, having over 3 pages of posts saying the same thing is posting just to seem like you're posting. So, hurry up, verify his claim...again...so we can move on. And if it's really just about believing whether Sati is mafia or not, then say so and just vote that way. Don't speculate for 3 pages.

I really very much doubt that there is an elaborate unlynchable mechanism in this game. Safariguy has in my book been known for games with a good balance and standard roles, whatever the setting or theme. His Tarantino mafia featured almost half the crew from Reservoir Dogs as vanilla townies, so I can't say I'm surprised about the lack of "power"-powerroles.

If you want to replay the lynching scene from two days ago, fine with me, go ahead. I doubt it will help much, though. What you could do, however, is find a new suspect and let Every cast a hammer vote on that person. That way, you confirm that his vote is somehow invalid.

As far as I know, priests have been town and I've never seen differently. Jak claims he has... once. Apparently that's enough to press a lynch. I am inclined to disagree.

Your unbacked vote against edoc has really odd timing. I would expect that earlier in the game or with less discussion on the table, not now. Also, your threatening tone about our names has already started to turn jak against me. Will provide specific quotes by request.

As for everywhere, I don't want to test his claim again I trust that he has a lynch stopping mechanism, I want to lynch him. I don't buy the claim and his silence since giving it is telling, even if Sati was to be expected in the game (the kid had a bigger role in the films IMO) the mafia could have been given fake claims and in that case we will never lynch anyone. I still think everywhere has acted suspiciously and is the best lynch for today.

The vote was for pushing for a lynch and then backing out, seems to represent that you are afraid of sticking your neck too far out. Upon a thorough retreading, not as terrible as at first I suspected.

I don't think everywhere's claim has been confirmed. The fact that the next vount count was inaccurate and it was after a few unvotes invalidates that instance of the test we made. We need everywhere to UNVOTE and people to VOTE him to L-1, then for him to VOTE himself to lynch to prove he's a priest. This is the only way to prove he is what he says he is.

However, it seems a lot of people already believe him. I'll keep my vote on for the sake of this test.

hey everyone i was in school and busy the past two days but today was my last day of school so i will be available next week alot. i am moving this week so ill be a little busy but not to much.

anyway i do think everywhere is worth trying again just to double check cause that could screw up the game. but i dont believe we should do it on another case cause that takes the possibility of him being a lynch possiblility. all for all though i now understand what vodean said about his typo thing so unvote. if we have to choose a case i will vote you again. but i think we have time to do a little digging. i dont know how many claims i want but i think we can do some digging.

But I've gone back and re-looked at the case on Jak. Just because he's masoned with Doom doesn't make that a bad case. Plenty of mafia masons out there. And even if he's third party at leasst that's more expendable than town. So, if there is a value on retesting this on someone other tan Everywhere then let's retest on Jak.

yeah, hippo, i agree. lets kill off proven (essentially, due to a lack of counter-claim against these TWO individuals) town power-roles. that makes a lot of sense.
