I'm pretty sure that's why we haven't reached endgame, town>mafia.

Nebuchadnezer wrote:I think there is a lot of time being wasted on this. In my personal list, I had Sati as a character that would be in this game before I had The Kid. I don't know if you three (pmchugh, vodean, hippo) are really trying to get an answer, or just trying to waste time and misdirect people. If you really want to go through this all again, then put your votes back on him. Either way, having over 3 pages of posts saying the same thing is posting just to seem like you're posting. So, hurry up, verify his claim...again...so we can move on. And if it's really just about believing whether Sati is mafia or not, then say so and just vote that way. Don't speculate for 3 pages.
aage wrote:So far the only claims we've had have been very standard roles and very obscure characters. (Zee? The Kid? I think Commander Locke died at some point, should he be considered a major character? I doubt it.) I attributed the initial mistrust to the fact that you're all just tired of this long day and want a lynch, but after he proved his role I don't understand what you want from him. So he didn't say he was town... well, that's a great argument. Do you really think he has some sort of post restriction? Or that this is some sort of Freudian slip? As far as I know, priests have been town and I've never seen differently. Jak claims he has... once. Apparently that's enough to press a lynch. I am inclined to disagree.

Really? Twice in one day after I already voted you for it?
Doom you really need to actually state why you find me suspicious. I had to go searching and all I found was that I was rolefishing (clearly not doing that here) and "intuition". Along side this post:DoomYoshi wrote:Vote pmc
Your unbacked vote against edoc has really odd timing. I would expect that earlier in the game or with less discussion on the table, not now. Also, your threatening tone about our names has already started to turn jak against me. Will provide specific quotes by request.
I can't relate that here either. If you are gonna vote for me then tell me why.
As for everywhere, I don't want to test his claim again I trust that he has a lynch stopping mechanism, I want to lynch him. I don't buy the claim and his silence since giving it is telling, even if Sati was to be expected in the game (the kid had a bigger role in the films IMO) the mafia could have been given fake claims and in that case we will never lynch anyone. I still think everywhere has acted suspiciously and is the best lynch for today.
aage wrote:If you want to replay the lynching scene from two days ago, fine with me, go ahead. I doubt it will help much, though. What you could do, however, is find a new suspect and let Every cast a hammer vote on that person. That way, you confirm that his vote is somehow invalid.

And as far as I am aware I have not backed off the everywhere lynch yet, so I still don't really know what you are getting at.

Edocsil had suggested that earlier, and I agree with it.jak111 wrote:vodean wrote:even among those convinced that everywhere is priest, few are convinced hes town. is it worth a lynch? its not worth moving on to a new case, certainly.
Well, I don't know about that. You and Clever are still on the chopping block. If we must we can test Everywhere's claim on one of you and it will FULLY confirm it (Because it'll take away the possibility he needs one extra vote to be lynched)

do you agree with it cause it takes the possibility of you being lynched today? why cant we just do the same test agian? i mean thats the easyest way to get you cleared.

No Clever, you skimmed my post. It would not clear him yet. He may require an EXTRA vote to be lynched which I will not push. So if we do it on another person it will take that possibility away completely.

For the record, I do believe. I however think that the point will not go away until this is conclusively resolved. Also to clear some confusion, town priest, you cannot hammer? Or is this a different variant.
That's it. Town priest, cannot hammer. If I have any additional attributes in this game I'm unaware of them.edocsil wrote:everywhere116 wrote:Can you tell me why you don't believe my claim and/or are not convinced by my demonstration?pmchugh wrote:On Edoc? But I've gone back and re-looked at the case on Jak. Just because he's masoned with Doom doesn't make that a bad case. Plenty of mafia masons out there. And even if he's third party at leasst that's more expendable than town. So, if there is a value on retesting this on someone other tan Everywhere then let's retest on Jak.

Yea, good luck getting many townies on that wagon Hippo. VT's are less use to us than a TWO masons (forgetting the lover part of it Hippo or are you looking for a 2 in 1 deal?)
No. If Clever and them are soo confident that he's scum they should prove it, not suggest something that's already been done.
Fasposted. It's Clever getting away with sheeping.. If we wants to test the claim we'll test it on him. Unvote, Vote Clever.
