and in Re: to this game. I was not saying I didn't understand why you were going after him (I had read your posts explaining)... just not understanding why it would automatically be scum, and it turns out I might be right. Sorry to not elaborate before.

Tonka, having read your last post, I doubt you even read one post I made in my arguments against Mandy. My posts clearly don't say "Hey sir it's not nice voting against me". They logically disprove any of Mandy's claims against me, Example: His claim that I'm a scum only because he thinks I'm not a peasant or a noble.
And even if we assume that he is right with that claim, there could be more pro-town factions (don't forget we have 25 people in this game), so all of his claims have no weight.
In conclusion Tonka, You are either skimming, or bandwagoning, either one is bad.
At any rate, I'm willing to repeat what I've said before, it is in my interest that the town wins, I can't say anything else at this point.

Re: the whole "the poet must be scum" idea....

It would be like Aim setting up a WWII mafia game and restricting one player to only posting "Hail Hitler" or something like that. It's not believable as a role, and that's my point.

Selin claimed Allan.

If he is not a Merry Man, than he is (pardon the pun) a married man (Husband). If there is a Villiger named Ellen around then she should be defending Selin quite a bit, because her life depends on it. Has anyone been extra-protective of Selin?

Aegnor....i read every post in thread, no matter how far behind i am. And my sum opinion of hte posts that you have responded to mando have been that you are upset that he decided to put you under suspicion. you are normally a fairly calm player, but as soon as mando accuses you of something you simply blow your top. Then you mumble stuff about how mando could not possibly understand the semantics of the game (when in as far as i can see, mando has as much understanding of it as anyone else). Without better evidence clearing you, theres no reason to change a vote. Im not bandwagoning, i have no clue how many votes are on you, nor would it affect whether or not i was voting for you in this instance. You have been the least convincing....so until someone is less convincing...and LSU did try... you have my vote.

On a sidebar to wicked....dont blow up everytime i accuse you, its a game, we have gotten heated at each other for little reason in seemingly all the games we find each other in and its silly, theres no reason to get riled up about anything thats been said about you so far (sorry if it reads condecending i really dont mean to be)

Well tonka, when someone accuses for the wrong reasons, and spreading lies I have this urge of defending myself. I'm pretty disappointed by your reasoning there, since when is it scummy to defend oneself?

Um ya, gotta agree with tonka, there. You seem out of character in this game, a lot more aggresive defense than usual. The whole Selin thing has gotten us a little of track of everything else, and I dont believe that Selin would be mafia. And besides, I want him to stick around so I can see some more poems! Be creative!

I don't see what's wrong with some aggressive defense, as long as my points are valid.

I'm not affiliated with any scum, and my role is beneficial to the town, that's all I can say without becoming a prime target.

wow, seems like there are a lot of different and maybe new kinds of roles here. everyone is afraid of becoming a target by roleclaiming.

Of course since evidently even stating that a person has the name of a real life merry men isn't enough reason to kill off a character when it would prove that Aimless did in fact change some of the roles up or at worse kill an actual merry man who play the part of scum in this game.

You have a point.

unvote
vote Selin

Perhaps one of the Lovers (sorry Ellen) is town and the other one is Scum. Is that a possible setup?

I think roleclaiming on day 1 is only serving the mafia really, making it easier for them to choose targets. On the other hand, not lynching on day 1 is also helping mafia more than it helps town.

All I can say at this point that no one looks especially scummy to me other than LSU, but since I've never played with him he could just make some noobish mistakes.

I agree, I don't remember any "demented" character in the robin hood story, but it could be some kind of an addition by Aimless.

agreed, but everyone is acting a bit unusual from what I've seen playing other mafia games with some of them. I'm really beginning to think mandys role is some variation of a jester

What do you mean by "odd"? Aegnor is mafia I have been doing nothing odd. He will get us all if we don't get him first. I have been perfectly normal, subdued even! Aegnor wears green tights and frolicks in the forest with his scum-pals.

Why do people think that I am odd? :(

I think Aegnor has stolen the only cow in town and made Sherwoodburgers. The fiend!
