This tournament will follow the same format as my IPL 2013 tournament, but with triples teams instead of doubles.
Games will be triples with fixed settings automatic, sequential, 20 round limit. Home map and remaining settings to be chosen by team. There will be 9 teams (27 players).
You may pick an available franchise on signup. I will aim to have each team in no more than 2 games at a time, so freemiums are welcome if they reserve 2 spots for the tournament.

I would like to remind everyone that this tournament is based on the Indian Premier League cricket - I am not accepting personal team names, only the 9 teams who participated in this year's tournament. They are listed in the first post.

In cricket it means "Net Run Rate" which I have adapted here to mean "Net Round Rate". It's the kicker if points are tied - essentially it's better win quickly and lose slowly. Full details are in the OP.
Table updated. The league as a whole is showing a very dominant home advantage, with 80% of the completed games resulting in a home win. Fittingly similar to the real IPL, it looks like the teams to make the playoffs will be the ones who can win most of their home games, supplemented with 2-3 away wins.
