Sorry about the late reply. My aunt and uncle came home for a surprise visit for 3 days to visit from 3000 miles away, so I tried to spend as much time with them as I could!
Anyway, down to business.
I found some discrepancies between xml-map. "S Somali" in XML says "S Somalia", same with east. I feel like it should be somalia, but I will let you decide that.
Other than the names, the borders are clear, the neutral starts are clear, and the bonuses are clear.
One thing that isn't XML related, though. From a graphical standpoint, it seems as though the cities can be attacked by the country they are next to (eg AA to Sudan). It was only then did I realize it was a blown-up version of the city sitting in NW Oromia. Is there anything that could be done to make it clear these do not border? Perhaps just make the outline around the city bolder? I dunno.
I will gladly stamp this after the names are settled. The city thing isn't resting on XML, so that can happen whenever or even after beta if the community feels like that as well.

Just FYI, the spoil is also "South Sedan"
Enjoying this map by the way, it's really good for 1:1 speed games.

Thanks!

Thanks for reminding me what I've been meaning to post. Cairns, I think you have enough room to move he cities from the corners to their territs. ...
