I keep getting a "bounced email" message. I added the email address shown to my contacts list but I keep getting the message at the top of my screen. How do I end this annoyance?

Are you getting this in your inbox on the CC website or on your personal email?

There are some options under the user control panel for message settings that may help you out.

It shows up at the top of my screen when in "my games".

Are you getting notifications as you are supposed to (if your game settings are set to notify you)?

If they are, can you test it by using a different email service provider and see if you will still get this bounced message?
