It will, I haven't even started yet. Exam tonight and Monday morning, funeral monday night... tuesday evening will be the first time i have any real time.

I don't know if this is all inclusive because I'm just stringing it together but I have at least 43 points which is more than 35 which is all I care about. I must have missed some because I'm on the leaderboard for winning 5 games on two different maps and I don't have 5 of each of those listed.

here are 40 pts just with gallipoli, pretty sure there were some other points with other maps but all i want is the medal. let me know if you need other games in case i misscounted!
Hehe. I *did* wonder about the effort of finding everyones scores and collating them, I just figured that you had some neat super collating script figured out. ; )
Thank you for setting up this challenge, it got me to experiment with the Beta Maps. I had a lot of fun.
Apologies for the formating. I had already done this before at the end of last month then lost it in a browser glitch, and that time I had bothered to prettify it, sorry.

I posted games several times and we discussed via PM, yet I haven't received a medal.
I was confused since there were games listed as +6 or +5 even though there is no way to score that; also at one point you had dubs and such in there... Looking through every game you posted, I do find enough points though.

To add to the shame, I am going to argue the toss. not because I want to whine that I deserve a medal, but because i want you to see my point of view..
I reckon that the rules were ambiguous. I took another meaning from the words:
'A maximum of 10 points can be scored for posts'
(as in each post can only score a maximum of 10 points)
Perhaps this could have read something like, 'A maximum total of 10 points can be scored from forum posts, the rest must be from games'.
I remember thinking that it didn't make sense. But since I am new here I figured that it didn't make sense because I am new and as such I did not even consider that there might be any ambiguity in the rules! : )
It is a shame that the rules were a bit woolly (no I don't care if no-one else got the wrong meaning). Although I have really enjoyed learning some of the new maps, there is no way that I could have won 25 games in the time available. I wouldn't have tried for the medal & there would be less forum spam.
(I just don't play that much, I am not that good, maps take me ages to figure out, and did I mention that i am quite new here?).
This meant that I had to find things that were worth saying about five maps. I am sure that my posts were close to spam, but nevertheless I made an effort to report my experiences. Surely this would be worth it for a *medal* ahem ahem. DOH
maybe next year! I am happy to proof read rules and stuff (where stuff is not my own stuff).

Sorry facet. You are not the only one who misinterpreted that rule. Next year we will make it even less ambiguous. Proofreading is done behind the scenes with Community Team members; and none of us caught that.
