Round 1 (Qualifying Round):Youāll play three games against a single opponent, and you must win at least two to advance. Opponents will be decided via a random seeding technique available at challonge.com
We will replay this round as needed until we get down to 32 participants, meaning that if 128 sign up instead of 64, you will play two 1v1 games.
Round 2:You will be randomly placed (via random.org) into a pool of four players. 3 game invites will be sent, and the top two players in each group will move on.
16 players will be left at this point.
Round 3:You will be randomly placed (via random.org) into a pool of four players. 3 game invites will be sent, and the top two players in each group will move on to the Final Stage.
8 players will be left at this point.
Final Stage:Round Robin (1v1s) between the remaining 8 players, meaning 7 games per person.
In case of a tie in Rounds 2 or 3, the tiebreaker will be head to head. In case of ties between multiple people, the tiebreaker will be head to head against all tied competitors. All tiebreakers will have a 20 Round Limit.
In case of a tie in the Final Stage, a new round robin will be created between all players who tied, and we will continue doing this until the tie is broken.
The four best records in the finals will win medals (winner = platinum, second = gold, third = silver, fourth = bronze). If there is a tie for any of these positions, there will be a single tiebreaker game with the above settings and a 30 Round Limit.
Compete for your country and compete for a medal. Sign up below. Good luck players!
