The CEO has made his stance clear, but I still want him to directly respond to me. To me! Sure, the UI has to run in multiple languages for their customer base, but f*ck em. You wrote an open letter to your bank, here on CC? Didn't get a response from the CEO and now are threatening to throw a tantrum. Can't say that I'm surprised.
