The problem with any lynch voted for with reasoning now is that we will likely be swayed by mafia as too few people are contributing. So chances are high for a mislynch. A completely random lynch based on number of posts will either lynch mafia, third party or inactive town, with no bias towards any party.
If anyone else had suggested it I would have suspected that they had already counted votes and knew that a town player was the most inactive. We do need some way to get people to play as this is atrocious. Feels majorly like town are bickering amongst themselves here.

You said you were taking care of Storr or something to that affect early on in Day 1 (don't ask me to quote it. my computer had a hard drive crash, so I'm limping on here). Then you talk about a present that Storr says he did not receive.

WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:Ok, so D1 this was vaguely an acceptable reason to vote. Charm didnt really back up her vote on Sempai and sheeped. But come D2 why is Ragian still continuing to push exclusively on the same person he has pushed all game with no additional information added? This is whats been bothering me about Rage. There is nothing outside of focus on Charm for mild misdemeanors. I agree that Charm has not been particularly helpful so far, and could be mafia, but thats not a reason to focus. This is all made worse by the, "Pix has been just as bad, but I dont want him lynched" section. There is little difference between the two players in terms of experience.
WingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:@Rage - What are your intentions with your lack of vote? Pressure? Claim? Are you basing it only on the fact that.. oh wait no there is no vote.

Vote Pershy
OK Semp... It's on you. Hope a tie would result in a no lynch so we can get a read from Mad Eye tonight and not lynch Snape.
MudPuppy wrote:@dd, my bad math accounted for sempai's double vote. In that instance, 1+1=3 for the tie. I unvoted because Pershy got too many votes and I was aiming for No Lynch. I would have preferred a Storr lynch but he was on and I thought a necessary component to saving Severus. I was wrong. I was retabulating votes when day ended but was seconds away from voting deg in hopes of getting back to a tie... But it woudn't have mattered. Not sure if Stor was simply playing me to save his ass (of which I was aware) or playing me to lynch Pershy (of which I knew was a risk but was caught off guard by amount of last second activity). Wondering if scum can communicate during day as that lynch felt like it may have been coordinated.

Oh, I must've not checked those pages. Now hang me for skimming.
Can you guys do something useful please?
aage wrote:The inactive players are bad lynching targets because most have indicated they are busy irl which is not alignment indicative, and there are too many people in this huge game who have indicated this to assume they're mafia - even too many to assume the majority of them is mafia. Mtam was even called out on his 'inactivity' and he's apparently Harry flipping Potter.
