I thort you were saying "No magic 8 ball is right" - i.e. "There are no magic 8 balls that are right", but on re-reading, and in teh lite of other posts, I see you ment "No, magic 8 ball is right" - i.e. "No, the magic 8 ball is not random, it gives accurate results".

So, if I remmebr correcly, the majik 8 borl, wich you claim gives accurate results, says whatsausage is Town, and Benga, who claims retired cop, says whatsausage is anti-Town. Who to believe?

Sum posibilites:

1. We don't have any evidence that there even is a magic 8 borl. Maybe it's just a story IB is making up. He seems to get speshal info each day, and has had a differnt story about how he got it each day. Maybe tomorro he will say a leprecorn appeard anf told him sumthing about sumbody.

2. There is a majik 8 borl and it is ackurate, so Benga is lying/insane/paranoid - implikashun is that sausage is Town

3. There is a majik 8 borl and is isn't ackurate, and we just don't know about Benga's sanity or even wether his cop claim is true - implikashun is that sausage is anti-Town.

still making my way through all of the posts... bit suspicious of white rose he has been a bit defensive several times, lied about previous games, hesitant to lynch hotshot, voted for sausage after sausage questioned his post.. i was in the game where he was scum he was defensive in that one and several ppl pointed out that he was quieter and not actively hunting in that one too... not voting just making some points

IMO, There is two approaches to find mafia. One is to read peoples post opinions, trying to unveil if there is a logic behind, taking a look how are they defending or attacking, and see for consistency. Another approach is to analyze facts, or claimed facts, in order to catch people lying. In this game, the first approach has been proved way difficult, as there is a lot of people posting and jumping from one side to another. The second approach has been unusually generous, in the sense that there has been early,claims and statements revealing information and alignments, although conflicting.

• madmitch is clearly insane, and now claims to be a delivery man. He also claim that Snorr was anti- Town and that aladdin was town. But then he got erratic, suggesting to the town to kill him.
• ptlowe claimed to be cop. He claimed easily and apparently got Snorr investigated as town.
• Benga claimed retired cop, investigated whatsausage as anti-town
• Degaston claims that he has a day shot. But then withdrew his shot. I am not sure if you can do that. Later he claimed that it was a gift and that he actually got a second power, which he used again on mitch, not to kill him but to wound him, so likely madmitch will die in D3
• IB says he has a 8 ball that gives random information. He was the one who got HS lynched in the first day. with his new acquired gift he checked Sausage, giving town as result
• Aladdin and catch both have a post restriction, indicating a role with mental problems and a common faction between them, but are not playing together or whatsoever
• Snorr was obsessed from the beginning to get the vigilante claimed, and looked eager to get more information after degaston talked about day killing madmitch.

Now, although getting more and more complex, i see a group playing together: Snorr - IB - ptlowe and WingCmdr. I understand how in contrast, town would play unorganized. To the upper list, which is my scummy list, I would also add two players that haven post anything in the game, and somehow not being prodded so far: virus90 and Skoffin

There is still a connection i fail to see between that group and benga...but there is enough to work by now i guess.
