How do we know that IB actually got a present and didnt just claim that non-mafia was town?

Why did IB not get concerned that a shared character trait "insane" was town alignment seeing as he is supposed to be guarding the "insane"? If IB understood that "insane" referred to sanity did he make that odd comment posted above on p25?

Obviously NOT commenting on this game...just a JOKE POST...wouldn't it be funny if there was a MAFIA game created, oh somewhere, where the Mods were the Mafia and did there best to wipe out the population of the game as a whole by, I don't know, maybe changing roles repeatedly and/or even creating roles during the game? Hell, maybe someone could even catch on early and call for a Mod lynch? Nah, that'd never happen! lol...maybe they would not even have to do that much as they could just rely on known player's personalities to play off against each other...that WOULD be funning too much...hahaha...
Maybe they could even use existing rules on modkill any players who got carried away and commented on their game during the 48 hour declared Night in accord with section 12 of standard rules which would be posted on front page...Could THAT happen? 3rd party are not protown. They are 3rd party. I haven't seen any "protown" results on non-town players ever (barring a naive/insane cop, but that's not the issue here).
