TBH, this sounds to me like you tried to poison someone but got bussed and the N1 info from the mod revealed that bussed target is going to die if it's not helped by the healer. This doesn't put Blacky in a town group, it puts you into my scum group.

Sorry, dakky. You're off base here. I didn't try to poison anyone and I did not get bussed, but I agree this doesn't credit Blacky with being a townie, as I admitted a few posts back. Only if he was intentionally poisoned would he most likely be town. If there was a misdirection, then it's up in the air about his loyalty.

The question there is - how do you know that he was not intentionally poisoned? You could know that ONLY IF you tried to poison someone else but it ended on Blacky.

If I had tried to poison someone, regardless of the outcome, the mod would not comeback and tell me that my target, intentional or misdirected, needed a healer within 24 hours to live. He (they) would simply say nothing, and let me read the N1 results, or tell me I got misdirected, or something else, but there wouldn't be anything about the conditions necessary for blacky to survive. It appears that blacky wasn't told anything by the mod other than he was poisoned and needed help within 24 hours. He assumed he needed to find a doctor or a healer, and I was assuring him, assuming he had a town role (which might not be correct), that a healer was present in the game. Doesn't pay to be a nice guy, I guess.

blacky365 is probably town, I doubt the poisoner is town-sided, so they're some form of scum. If the poisoner is third-party scum then there is a chance blacky365 is also scum, but in this case blacky365 is still very slightly more likely to be town than otherwise (as they are not the poisoner). I don't think arguments relying on bussing are even worth considering when we have no reason to suspect such a role exists yet.

Why would you be told about a healer? It would be so you could get that information into the game. Blacky's message simply said he wouldn't survive the night if he wasn't healed. That doesn't imply a healer must exist. But, if a healer didn't exist, it means we'd be spending the day having a pointless discussion. It makes more sense to me that our discussion does have a point, and it is to help the healer decide whether he's going to help Blacky. I doubt the healer will be part of this discussion.

Is Blacky poisoning the only clue? Skoffin said something about being attacked, but didn't provide enough details to fuel a discussion.

My vote on Pika is because he said I am insinuating something and is just repeating what was already said and is accepting that blacky is probably town and doesn't thing that the bussing thing is "even worth considering". Therefore trying to steer the conversation in the way he wants.

What's scummy about pointing out that you were clearly trying to insinuate something but not actually saying anything? What's scummy about believing blacky365 is probably town based off of the evidence we have? What's scummy about disregarding wild speculation based on absolutely no evidence?

Correcto....I didn't go back and look, just worked on my memory that he had a day to live and translated that into 24 hours RT. The rescue dude has to fix him by N2, I presume??

The names in red commented in D2, initially, but not after the mod asked if anyone was having trouble posting. Finally, the names in blue have posted continuously during D2.

Let's assume that at least two of those who haven't commented (names in black) during D2 are scum. Based on other games I"ve played, they might not be able to communicate until N2. Perhaps they are licking their wounds wondering what went wrong with the wrong target getting poisoned? Second, perhaps there is something wrong wherein the players in blue above can no longer post? Third, if we are left with the 5 players in red, we are going to get real tired on listening to one another...lol. Let's hope that things return to normal and the "lost" players come back. Other comments or interpretations?

Red is only for those who have posted AFTER the mod asked if anyone was having a problem posting at the bottom of page 22.
If the blue- and black-typed folks come back and contribute, I think D2 can be over quick....flicks his wrist, the fly breaks the water's surface, and he starts playing the line in ever so slowly.
